Cayenne
Cayenne peppers are small, hot varieties of C. Annum, ideal for drying and grinding into powder. They’re a vital part of making many hot southwestern dishes.
To keep from cross-pollinating as much as possible, I’m growing my Cayenne plant on the front driveway in a container.
