Urban/Neighborhood Friendly Composting

In the long term, I plan to buy a home with a yard big enough to keep the occasional “eww, stinky” of composting away from the house. And the dogs. We can’t forget about the dogs. In the short term, I’m stuck with a nosy HOA in a rental house in a gardening-unfriendly neighborhood.

If I’m going to stick with my “Practically Organic” gardening approach this year, I’m going to have to compost some.
