Brrr!
A glance at the weather this morning before I head off for a training seminar shows below freezing temperatures for tonight and tomorrow night! Where’d this come from? It was almost 90 degrees yesterday!
I’m going to be at the seminar all day, but I already got the bamboo poles out of the garage and started to bend them over the raised bed in order to form a greenhouse with the frost blanket I bought so that I wouldn’t need it. Anything that’s potted, in trays, or otherwise movable will come inside, and HOPEFULLY this will be enough to save everything! It’s bad timing; my Kohlrabi seedlings were just starting to sprout in the garden itself.
